A lot of you have been asking me this, and I suspect NOT.
RE/MAX and the NAR (National Association of Realtors) told us (the agents in the field) that they had agreed with the Obama administration NOT to lobby for further extension of the tax credit. Without them pushing in the first place, it probably wouldn't have been extended this time. So, there you have my vote. I do not think it will be extended.
Seven days left for you who still want to try to get in on it! Just need to get a contract signed by the end of April and you have til the end of June to get it closed.
