FSBOs in Naperville

Selling a home by owner is less attractive than it used to be.   The National Association of Realtors reports that, nationwide, the percentage of those selling "by owner" has decreased from 14% of sales in 2003 and 2004 to 9% in 2010.   More are now using a real estate agent.
